Elliott's second success came at the University Of The West Of England Squash Open, beating Stuart MacGregor 3-0 in the final at the Workout Harbourside Club in Bristol.
Born and educated in Birmingham, England, where he became a sports scholar at the University of Birmingham, Elliott has represented Wales at the European and World Team Championships.
