Shipping policy

Karakal.com delivery to the whole United Kingdom including Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and British Forces Overseas.

Our Standard Delivery charge to the Mainland UK and Isle of Man is £4.99 with free delivery on orders of over £50.00.

Standard Delivery to the Channel Isles, Northern Ireland and British Forces Overseas is £9.99 with free delivery on orders over £250.00.

Our Standard UK Delivery Service is with DHL 24 hour. Deliveries to *Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland could take 2-3 working days. However, we reserve the right to use a different delivery carrier and service at our discretion.

All orders placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday, will be dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 13:00 or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Promise

Karakal take great pride in the quality of our delivery service and our delivery partners. However, on the rare occasion that a delivery is delayed by the courier, Karakal cannot be held responsible where circumstances are beyond our control.

Our definition of "Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland" are: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and UK postcodes BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH 49-50, TR21-25 and ZE.

Please note that Karakal.com only delivers to the United Kingdom and BFPO addresses.

We make every effort to dispatch orders by the above mentioned lead times, however our Standard Delivery is not a guaranteed service. Karakal are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
